GKN Aerospace
Exhibition services and digital experiences
A series of stunning interactive pavilions at arguably the most important aviation trade show in the world.
The Brief
To showcase global technology giant GKN Aerospace at the Farnborough Airshow by designing and creating top tier exhibition pavilions with engaging digital experiences.
How?
We’re very lucky to have GKN Aerospace as a client. Their trust in us - and their commitment to excellence - are evident in every creative risk we take together. Such big, complex projects might make a less experienced agency weak at the knees, but not us.
Ouno were a complete solution for us. As well as managing the design of the space, they also created the digital content. The end product was seamless, told a coherent story, and was created with future re-use in mind. We were thus able to share our experience and content with audiences who were not at the show, ensuring that our investment with Ouno provided great value for money.
Why?
Being renowned for their own cutting edge avionics, we are always careful to design attractions that reinforce GKN's position as a technological innovator.
Everything must walk the walk. Whether it's an award-winning 'first-in-Europe' multi-user PCAP touchtable, a holographic touchscreen or a 3D projection mapping experience, the integrity of the brand is paramount.

In 2016 GKN Aerospace entrusted Ouno to come up with a new design and focus for their pavilion located at the Farnborough International Airshow.
GKN Chalet Branding
As part of the ‘Making Things Fly’ marcomms campaign developed by Ouno for GKN Aerospace we were asked to brand the company’s marketing chalet at the 2017 Paris Airshow.
GKN Corporate Branding
Ouno designed the visual identity for the new GKN Aerospace marketing campaign which commenced early 2018.
GKN 3D Projection Mapping
Ouno takes digital storytelling to new heights! Visitors to the GKN Pavilion were enthralled by a 2 minute long 3D image mapping experience that projected images, words and graphics onto the body of a 5m long airliner model.
