Ouno helped Blackstone Point successfully launch ClickIQ, an automated job advertising platform that uses the latest AI and programmatic technology to manage, track and optimise recruitment advertising in real time.

Founded in 2017 by Richard Collins and Beverly Shaw, ClickIQ is Europe’s leading AI-powered programmatic recruitment technology platform. It has the potential to really shake up the online recruitment marketplace.
Richard and Beverly approached Ouno to help them roll out an 18 month marcomms campaign built around a series of targeted recruitment industry trade events. Ouno initially designed the basic corporate assets such letterheads, business cards, Powerpoint decks, advertising and exhibition graphics and merchandise.
As the campaign progressed Ouno was asked to work on technical papers, posters, logos and digital assets.
The ClickIQ marcomms campaign has certainly been a roaring success. In July of 2019 it was announced that Indeed, the world’s #1 job site, has signed an agreement to acquire ClickIQ.
To go from product launch to company aquisition within 2 years is an impressive achievement by Richard and Beverly, and a testament to their hard work and entrepreneurial energy.
