
EXHIBITIONS RETURNING / A look at Silicon Sensing
This week sees the first day of the AUVSI Xponential show in Atlanta, USA. And our long-time client Silicon Sensing are attending what is to be their 2nd physical show of 2021, with two more to come before the end of the year. With all in-person exhibitions being cancelled since March 2020 it’s been a tough time for doing new business for everyone, including Ouno.
Here we take a look at how the ‘in any environment’ campaign has been rolled out with a positive message about business events kicking into high gear.
As spring moved into Summer this year we saw some events coming back, which means we’ve been helping our clients with their presence at these returning shows, but our first few are actually brand new events, launched in 2021; ITT Hub for Farnborough International, and for Silicon Sensing, their first event was Space-Comm in June, which was also a chance to launch our new campaign in exhibition form.

The Space-Comm stand was a simple shell type, and for this we created seamless, flush graphics, which you can see in the top image on this page and below:

AUVSI Xponential is an event for innovative autonomous vehicles and solutions, and has a broader audience across many sectors, including land, sea, air, defence, civil, etc, so Silicon Sensing wanted graphics to appeal to as wide an audience as possible.
We had a wall with 6 panels to play with so the idea was to use the shell-style build of the stand to our advantage by featuring three sectors and their most popular products. The way the campaign is constructed means we can cover a number of angles in each ‘scene’. For example we can use an Autonomous air or sea vehicle (perfect for AUVSI Xpo), or piloted for other shows, plus either use military or civil platforms to suit.
