The team at Ouno Creative are chuffed to have won another international media award for the Powering Change at COP26 experiential exhibition created for our brilliant client SSE PLC.
We worked closely with the SSE Comms and Strategy team to develop an interactive experience that transported global leaders and delegates to the top of the world’s largest offshore wind turbines, currently being constructed at the Dogger Bank wind farm in the North Sea.
Visitors could digitally add their name ‘live’ to a growing list of thousands supporting positive climate change action. All names captured will be enscribed onto the shaft of the first operational turbine. They also earned a ‘selfie’ moment with their signature displayed large onto a 3D visualisation of the wind farm.
Some of the more famous signatories included: then UK PM Boris Johnson, then Chancellor Rishi Sunak, SNP Leader Nicola Sturgeon, U.S House Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Speaker of the U.S House Representatives Nancy Pelosi, Actor Brian Cox, President of COP26 Alok Sharma, Singer Ellie Goulding, and many others.
